Wood-fire grill in The Rocks
Our ironbark grill sits at the heart of the room, bringing flame, smoke and restraint to premium steak cuts, seafood, seasonal plates and cocktails by Kendall Lane.
The grill
Pony brings together a century-old Rocks setting, an open kitchen and an Argentinian-inspired wood-fire grill. The result is a dining room built for steak, seafood, cocktails and a long table that wants to stay awhile.
